Image The University of Edinburgh is participating in Climate Week 2017 (Monday 18 – Friday 22 September), a Scottish Government campaign that aims to raise awareness of and inspire action on climate change. Staff and students can take part in a number of free events, from film screenings to planting herbs and community-led discussions. Follow the campaign online at #ScotClimateWeek. University Climate Strategy The University of Edinburgh has committed to become zero carbon by 2040, and the University's Climate Strategy lays out a comprehensive whole institution approach to climate change mitigation and adaptation in order to achieve its ambitious targets.
