We work closely with partners across the Edinburgh City Region, and beyond, to protect nature and improve biodiversity. Image Protecting our natural world requires close collaboration between organisations and communities. Wildlife is never confined to a particular area of land, so a shared approach to nature positive activities is the best way to revive habitats, whether in urban, rural or agricultural areas. By working with our neighbours - who include councils, businesses, community groups or government bodies - we can support nature positive practices that meet the needs of our diverse campus and communities, whilst enabling wildlife to thrive. The Edinburgh Nature Network (ENN) is a strategic approach to manage, restore and enhance the urban landscape of Edinburgh. Led by Scottish Wildlife Trust and the City of Edinburgh Council, the Nature Network map highlights opportunities to take action across the city.
